RETURNS / DISPUTES
Our refund policy is 3 business days. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for a different service type after this period. To be eligible for a return, you must submit an email to admin@ethosID.com and formally cancel our services in writing with an email either by you or someone authorized by you. Also, you must return all documentation and items that have already been prepared, serviced, and sent to you and in the same condition that you received it. The documents must not have been used for its original intended purposes.
To complete your return, we require a receipt/invoice or proof of purchase. You can email your return request to admin@ethosID.com. Your request will be processed within 30 business days.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned documentation/service items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We will only exchange your services for a different service type if you cancel and notify us within 3 business days of the original start date of the service.
SHIPPING
Our documents/packets/products are shipped within 4-7 Days using the following carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx. To return your documents/packets/product, you should mail your documents/packets/products to: 4320 196th ST. SW. Suite B #223, Lynnwood, WA 98036. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
